TEAM Golf member Kelley Phillips has spent the past 5 years as the Head teaching professional at Sedgefield Country Club (Home of the Wyndham Championship of the PGA Tour) in Greensboro, NC. He is a phenomenal instructor with over 18 years experience. Kelley has worked with the following Universities and Colleges: Wake Forest, North Carolina State Univerisity, University of North Carolina, University of Viriginia, University of Gerorgia and University of Notre Dame to name a few. He has worked with students on the PGA, LPGA, Nationwide, Futures, European and Asian Tours, as well as the US Junior Champion, US Amateur Champion, US Mid Am Champion and the Top 50 players in the country (junior, college and amateur). He is also working with the winner of the Golf Channel's Big Break VI.
TEAM Golf Member Ed Ibarguen is the General Manager and PGA Director of Golf at the Duke University Golf Club. From 2000 - 2009 Ed has been selected as a Top 100 Instructor by GOLF Magazine and nominated Top 50 Teacher in America by Golf Digest. He is an original member of the PGA GPTP Faculty with an emphasis on teaching golf. He is a featured instructor on the Golf Channel, Golf Academy Live. Ed is the winner of multiple Carolina PGA Section awards from the Horton Smith Award (2004, 1998 and 1990), Teacher of the Year (2003, 1991), Professional of the Year (2001) and the Bill Strausbaugh Award (1993). Ed has served on a variety of National Committees and Services (2009 PGA Membership Committee-Co-Chair and the 2009 PGA Apprentice Education Review Board), as well as Section Committees and Services (Carolinas PGA Section).

Dona Lerner is the LPGA Director of Instruction at The Preserve at Jordan Lake Golf Club. Dona is the 2008 recipient of the USKids Golf Top 50 Teacher and LPGA Sarah Hunter Junior Achievement Award. She is a Class A Member LPGA Teaching and Club Professional and LPGA T&CP National Evaluator. She is the 2006 High School Coach of the Year and the current Head Women's Golf Coach at Green Hope HS, in Cary, NC. Dona brings great passion to her lesson tee and her teaching style is dynamic and creative while her lesson tee is safe, non-threatening learning environment where the game is always kept in perspective. She is always ready to introduce the game to anyone interested in learning; from junior ranks to the Super-Seniors; Men & Women alike.
